      ·        A founder and developer of the first Memory Care Support Group for persons with dementia

      ·        An early director and developer of caregiver support groups

      ·        Actively Associated with the Alzheimer’s Association

      • A founder of the first Early Stage Dementia Support Group for caregivers and their loved ones who have an early diagnosis of memory loss 
      • In private practice at Northridge Neurological Center and at S+AGE at Sherman Oaks Hospital

       

      The Support Group will be meeting twice monthly

    2. The US Census Bureau will have a registration table here on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We encourage you to register your Loved Ones and even your household here if you desire. It is imperative now, more than ever before for everyone to be registered. The amount of all State and Local government funding is determined by population count. If you are not counted, we lose the funding. The form is brief and confidential.
